Ingredients

  • 2 cups Unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups White sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Cannabis-Infused Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Get a large bowl to mix the ingredients. First stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Then pour in the water, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix until it's well blended.
  • Spread evenly in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake for 25 – 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the top is no longer shiny.
  • Let cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Most people cut them up into even sized squares.

    This is a great brownie recipe. I also used a different cannabis infused fat (vegan canna butter), and added 2 cups of chocolate chips.

    I relaced the oil with coconutoil cannabutter; you can cream it in and it will leave pearls of fatty goodness or you can melt it in. Either way the quicker you cool it the better. I found this an easier veganation to execute than with the cookie recipe. But I added a bit of hidrated-crushed flax seed to help hold shape a bit.
