In a large mixing bowl, cream together the Cannabutter, the white sugar, and the packed brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Finally, mix in oats. Cover and chill dough for at least one hour.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Roll the dough into golf ball size pieces (about 1.5 inches in diameter), and place 2 inches apart on your cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a fork. Optional* you can dip the fork in sugar beforehand to give the cookies a sweeter taste.
Bake the cookies for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. When times up allow the weed cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack afterwards to cool completely.
