Ingredients
  

Cookies

  • 1 & 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup cannabis butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 & 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Coating

  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  • In a bowl add the cannabis butter, sugar, and eggs. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl combine the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, & salt. Now, mix the bowl of dry ingredients into the fats & sugars. Mix until the dough holds together.
  • Form dough into 2 teaspoon size balls. set aside.

Coating

  • Mix the sugar & cinnamon in a small bowl.

Snickerdoodle cookies

  • Roll the dough balls in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. next, place each ball on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 7 minutes on the centre rack. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
